NO EXCHANGES AND NO REFUNDS.
A 100% deposit is required for all purchases from $ 1 to $ 5,000, taxes included. A 50% deposit is required on all orders of $ 5001 and over. This deposit is due at the time MÖBEL360 places the order with the supplier (s), unless a different written consent is agreed in advance. The customer will receive a written confirmation when the order is placed with the supplier.
Taxes
All taxes applicable to this sale are billed to the customer. According to the tax laws applicable in Canada, the customer will be billed for the taxes applicable in the province of destination.
Changes and cancellation
No refund. Orders cannot be canceled or amended, in whole or in part, after MÖBEL360 has placed the order with the chosen supplier (s). If the customer wishes to make changes or cancellations, all costs and charges incurred by these changes will be charged to him. These charges must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Standard interest charges apply for unpaid invoices.
Design
The design service is included in the service offered by MÖBEL360. Following the final approval of the development plan, the client may make up to two (2) modifications to this plan. These fees are included in the initial quote. However, any additional modifications to be made requested by the architectural firm, the designer or the client, will be the responsibility of the client at the rate of $ 80 / hour.
Delivery and reception
All shipments are made in the name of Concept Mobilier MÖBEL360 inc. or shipped directly from the supplier to the customer. The distributor is not responsible for damages resulting from an act of nature. Partial or phased shipments may be required and are at the discretion of the manufacturer. The choice of the delivery company is at the sole discretion of MÖBEL360. Delivery and reception charges are included in the quote issued to the customer. Unless otherwise specified, the delivery or installation company is responsible for unpacking the delivered products and handling the scraps upon delivery. The mention ("drop ship") on your order form indicates delivery without unpacking and will be delivered to the loading dock. Installation It is the customer's responsibility that the required space is ready to accommodate the goods on the installation date agreed upon by MÖBEL360 and the customer. The customer must coordinate with building officials the availability of garages, freight elevators, elevators or stairs during installation or delivery. The customer agrees to pay all costs incurred if the space is not ready for installation or if the necessary arrangements have not been made with the owner of the building. If the customer wishes to make modifications and / or rearrangements to the initial plan or move the furniture by an installation company other than that authorized by MÖBEL360 the applicable guarantees on the furniture will be automatically revoked (for the furniture of the Herman Miller family) . It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the selected furniture can fit into elevators, freight elevators and / or stairs. MÖBEL360 will provide a delivery quote based on the information provided by the customer. Once on site, if the items require additional handling (ex: installers must use the steps instead of the freight elevator, 53-foot delivery trucks do not fit at the loading station) Fees may be adjusted by consequence upon final invoicing and will not be negotiable.
Storage
In the event that the customer requests the postponement of delivery for more than one (1) week after the scheduled date, MÖBEL360 will take care of receiving and storing the goods. All costs incurred by this service will be charged to the customer, payable upon receipt of the invoice. The costs are variable depending on the quantity of goods.
Condition of the goods
Wood is a natural material which could have irregularities (variations in color, wood grain, knot, slight crevices, etc.) This is normal and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. MÖBEL360 is not able to take back items, of which the raw material is natural, to make an exchange.
Maintenance and repair
All furniture is guaranteed according to the guarantee published by the supplier. In the event that the warranty has expired, the repair costs will be $ 55 / hour for the installer in addition to transport and parts and these costs will be charged directly to the customer. The customer must send his repair requests directly to MÖBEL360.
